The Cohen character was done by many different artists. The most commonly known was Cohen on the Telephone. This record has more characters on it with sound effects as well.
This is a funny 10 inch 78rpm record talking record (comic monologue) in very, very good playing condition. There is a small chip on the smooth outer rim on the B side, not affecting the play of the record.

Side B: Cohen at the Picnic Part 2 comic monologue by Monroe Silver.
